Q. HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

Q: CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

A: Unfortunately at the moment we cannot accommodate over the phone orders.

 

Q: HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

A: Good question! Check out our rates:

U.S. ORDERS in the continental 48 states:

Under $60: standard domestic shipping on orders under $60 is a nice and easy $4.95.

Over $60: standard domestic shipping on orders over $60 is free. That’s right, free!

 

Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A: Good question! 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24-72 hours after the order is placed. 

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. We have several warehouses, some in the US and some overseas so the shipping time varies. US orders are shipped via USPS, after processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-10 business days to arrive at their destination but can take slightly longer from time to time (holidays!). US orders placed and shipped from our overseas warehouse take about 12-20 business days to arrive. 

Q: DOES PERSIAN CAT CREW SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: Sadly, our adorable goodies are not available for international customers at the moment. It is something we're working on so please check back with us often!

 

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

A: Returns are super easy. Just fill out this form: PCC returns and send your items back to us along with your invoice.

 

  • All items must be in brand new, unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • All items must be postmarked to Persian Cat Crew within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Markdown” may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable
  • Invoice must be included in return package. 

We will process your return within 4 days of receiving it. Then it usually takes your bank 3-7 days to apply the refund to your account.

Please note, by placing an order at Persian Cat Crew, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Persian Cat Crew. 

 

Q: WHAT ARE MY MONEY BACK RETURN OPTIONS?

A: You have the choice between store credit and a full cash refund. If you pick store credit we will throw in an extra $5… ‘cause who doesn’t like a little extra credit.

 

Q: I THREW AWAY MY INVOICE, NOW WHAT?

A: You have two options to reprint your invoice:

  1. Print the email receipt you received after you placed your order.
  2. Log into your Persian Cat Crew account, open your orders and ‘Reprint Invoice’.

Q: HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

A: It’s so easy. All US customers, just fill out this form – PCC returns and ship it back to us within 30 days of purchase. We will email you the return address as soon as we get your request. 

Returned merchandise must be postmarked to Persian Cat Crew within 30 days of purchase in brand new, unworn, unwashed condition with the original tags and packaging.

 

Q: CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED ON SALE?

A: We do not accept returns or exchanges on “Final Sale” or “Markdown” merchandise.

How do you know if something is a final sale/markdown? On your invoice next to the product description it reads “Final Sale – Not Eligible for a Return or Exchange” and is highlighted. If you want to double check, the prices for these products are displayed in orange instead of black on our site and we include messaging in orange above the “Add to Bag” button that says: “Final Sale: This item cannot be returned or exchanged.”

 

Q: CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING?

A: Need to make an exchange? No problem! To ensure availability of your replacement size or color, you should place a new order for the item you want and return your original order. As a small start-up, we have limited quantities of our products, so we highly suggest placing the new order ASAP to ensure availability.

 

Q: LOOKING FOR THE RETURN ADDRESS?

A: Fill out this from – PCC returns and you will be taken to our returns address.

 

Q: WHAT IF I FORGET MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD?

A: We feel you! So many log-ins for everything, but we’ve got your back. Just visit https://www.persiancatcrew.com/account/login and enter the same email address you used when you signed up. We’ll send you a link to reset your password and voila! You’ll be back in action in no time.

 

Q: WHY IS MY DISCOUNT CODE NOT WORKING?

A: Unless otherwise noted, discount codes do not work on any final sale merchandise, products with proceeds going to charity, or shipping costs. If an item is final sale, it will be noted before you add it to your cart. A hefty majority of our codes have expiration dates or can only be used once per customer. You can always refer to the email you received with the code to read any exclusions and see if there is an expiration date. Still having trouble? Feel free to email us here

 

Q: HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE MAILING LIST?

A: Is your inbox flooded? We get it! Simply click on the “Unsubscribe” link on the bottom of any of our emails, or enter your email address in the unsubscribe field here. If that doesn’t work, please email us here and we’ll get you sorted.
